By accessing or using TTDX, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies referenced on the site. These terms apply to visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, and any party interacting with platform services.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms before using the marketplace. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or updating your profile. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must not impersonate another person or create misleading account details.
• You must keep contact information reasonably up to date so platform notices can reach you.
• You may not share, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Listings and Seller Duties

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and category placement should reasonably represent the actual item or service being offered.

• You must have the legal right to sell the listed item or offer the listed service.
• You must not post duplicate, deceptive, expired, or intentionally misleading listings.
• Listings may be edited, rejected, hidden, or removed by TTDX where moderation or platform protection requires it.

Transactions and Payments

TTDX provides the marketplace infrastructure, but transactions are generally conducted directly between buyers and sellers unless a specific platform-managed payment flow is clearly stated.

The platform does not guarantee the condition, delivery, payment completion, or performance of any third-party transaction. Users should verify details carefully and follow the published safety guidance before sending money or handing over goods.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain uses of the marketplace are strictly prohibited and may lead to listing removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to authorities where required.

• Illegal, dangerous, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
• Fraud, scams, phishing attempts, harassment, or abusive communication.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Use of bots, scraping tools, or technical abuse that disrupts the platform.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, including listing descriptions, images, profile information, and messages you send through the service. By publishing content on TTDX, you grant the platform the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and moderate that content for marketplace operations.

You must not upload content you do not have the right to use. Platform branding, software, interface elements, and site materials remain the property of their respective owners unless stated otherwise.

Liability and Platform Role

TTDX acts as an intermediary platform and does not take ownership of listed goods or become a party to ordinary buyer-seller transactions. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from listings, user conduct, transaction disputes, or temporary service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, and dealings conducted through the marketplace.

Changes, Enforcement, and Contact

TTDX may update these terms, enforce platform rules, and take moderation actions where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service quality. The latest version of these terms is the version published on this page.
